That one email does three things for you. It proves the value of your monitoring fee every single time it arrives. What exactly does white-label include?

Your logo and brand colors in the customer portal and on the scheduled status reports. Each of your customers gets their own login to a portal that looks like yours. The platform itself runs on our infrastructure - you provide no hardware and no hosting.

What does it cost?

Who supports the end customers?
